Feed, evangelize and disciple at-risk children around the world.
Feeding children is the first step. Guiding them toward a lifetime of faith is the journey. We believe well-trained churches in Africa can effectively disciple at-risk children, transforming lives and communities for Christ.
The Church is God's idea for reaching the lost. So we exist to empower the Church in Africa to feed, evangelize, and disciple at-risk children. We want to see every child reached connected to a well-trained church.
Our Gospel Outreaches happen in the days and weeks surrounding Christmas and Easter. Children receive meals, hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ, participate in fun activities, and get connected to a well-trained church.
At Mission to Children, we want to see every child FED. This is our strategy:
We care as much about physical need as we do spiritual need. No child should have to hear the gospel on an empty stomach, so we ensure that every child is physically fed.
Don’t mistake a meal for simply being a meal. Every meal carries with it tangible love, and opens opportunities for the Gospel.
Our mission doesn’t end when a child says yes to Jesus. We equip local churches with training so they are able to disciple children who can transform communities for Christ.
“One generation shall commend your works to another, and shall declare your mighty works.”
Psalm 145:4
For over 52 years, Mission to Children has been a bulwark against both physical and spiritual famine, reaching vulnerable children around the globe. We don’t just feed; we evangelize and disciple, partnering with Christian nationals who share our vision.
We know the despair that cycles of poverty and spiritual emptiness can perpetuate through generations. But we also know that a simple meal can be the first step in a lifelong journey toward fulfillment and faith. Together, we can break the cycle of hopelessness and ensure that every child knows they belong to something greater than themselves.
Be part of a global movement that begins with your church, small group, or family. You can start a ripple effect that reaches hungry children around the world, and connects them to well-trained churches.
Children empowered by the Holy Spirit are just as capable of impacting the Kingdom of God as any adult. Your contribution doesn't just feed a child; it connects them with well-trained churches to plant seeds of hope, nurture young evangelists, and fuel a new generation eager to bring Jesus to their communities.

However, their church does not have children ministry and therefore, they stay in church for a few hours then she and her friend go out to play until the adults are finished in the service.
