A Tirinyi Community Saw God Work this Christmas!
The Tirinyi Gospel Outreach allowed children, parents, and leaders across the community to see God work and experience His love this Christmas.
In one way or another, everyone saw God working. His presence was unmistakable.
An Entire Community Welcomed
In a village where Christianity and Islam live side by side, something special happened: Muslim parents chose to send their children to a Gospel Outreach, and many even stayed to watch the Christmas celebration unfold.
750 children and 70 adults heard the Gospel
… And every child enjoyed a healthy Christmas meal.
Children Experienced Kindness and Love
Children participated in laughter-filled games and creative activities. They were free to be children. And the Outreach team treated them with dignity, kindness, and respect—a new experience for many.
A boy named Ernie shared that in his 14 years, he’s never seen children cared for and loved like this. Hearing God’s word pierced his heart. Today, he’s thankful to God for saving him. He plans to attend church and encourage his friends to follow Jesus too.
Moms and Dads Learned Parenting Skills
Parents were grateful to learn valuable parenting skills.
One father, Seth, thanked the team again and again for feeding his children above and beyond what he’s able to provide for them at home. He’s praying for God to bless everyone who helped make this outreach possible.
Church Leaders Received Ministry Training
Beverly is a children’s ministry worker who’s especially grateful for the hands-on training and practical teaching materials she received to help her continue discipling children after the Gospel Outreach:
“I learned how to teach children today using different games I saw in this Outreach and using some snacks. I am also happy for the materials I received for teaching the children. Thanks a lot for sacrificing resources for our children to be happy and know Jesus.”
An Entire Community Heard the Gospel
From the smallest child to the most hesitant parent, an entire community heard the Gospel and experienced God’s love.
Thanks to all who helped make this possible!
